Discussed Snowbirds

10 years playing in NEC will be allowed to play in NEC yearly tournament (add Snowbird

clause).

We will have a emergency vote at our annual meeting at our state tournament to discuss this NEC clause. The Clause will be read as follows. Any player who has played in 10 or more New England Championship Tournaments but has moved out of New England would have the option to come back to wherever is hosting the NEC if he or she wanted to play in NEC tournament as long as they have played in required amount of tournaments to play.
